The European Outsourcing Institute Foundation was founded in 2011. Its main area of interest is Poland, but the Foundation also operates at an international level. It was created to develop ideas and scenarios for the sustainable development of society and the economy. The Foundation implements these assumptions through a wide range of goals, including:
- scientific research and development in the natural, legal, social, economic, and technical sciences;
- activities which support the development and cooperation of multicultural communities;
- conducting education at all levels.

The Foundation strives to fulfill its goals in two ways. It conducts activities at the local level, under non-financial cooperation and small domestic projects, in partnership with other local entities, both non-governmental and other sectors.
